Are you an experienced clinical pharmacist ready to take on a specialist role in an innovative, patient-centred service?

Pennine MSK Partnership is looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Band 7 Specialist Pharmacist to join our outpatient Rheumatology and Bone Health Service based in Oldham.

Pennine MSK is a community-based organisation providing high quality musculoskeletal, rheumatology and bone health services. We pride ourselves on delivering accessible, patient-focused care that integrates specialist expertise with community-based pathways.

The Role

This exciting post offers the opportunity to lead and develop the pharmacy service within Rheumatology and Bone Health, working as part of a multidisciplinary team including consultants, specialist nurses, physiotherapists and advanced practitioners.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing specialist clinical pharmacy expertise in rheumatology and osteoporosis/bone health.
* Supporting safe prescribing and medicines optimisation across outpatient services.
* Contributing to service development, audit, and clinical governance initiatives.
* Providing education and training to colleagues, patients and carers.

About You

We are seeking a pharmacist who is:

* A qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
* Experienced in rheumatology, bone health, or related specialist areas.
* A holder of a postgraduate clinical pharmacy diploma (or equivalent).
* A non-medical prescriber qualification
* A strong communicator with good organisational and team-working skills.
