Essential Experience 2–4 years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or a related role. Strong analytical skills with proven ability to evaluate data and recommend improvements. Experience managing operational processes in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing documentation. Solid understanding of business performance metrics and reporting. Desired Experience Experience with project management or workflow management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello). Working knowledge of CRM or ERP systems. Experience in change management or continuous improvement projects. Understanding of financial principles such as budgeting and forecasting.
