Job Roles & Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational support across business functions to ensure seamless service delivery and process optimisation. Coordinate with internal departments to gather business requirements and support the development and implementation of operational solutions. Oversee project timelines and resource planning, ensuring all activities align with business objectives. Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance monitoring. Manage administrative systems and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. Support senior management in preparing business cases, reports, presentations, and documentation. Identify areas of inefficiency and recommend improvements to processes, tools, and workflows. Monitor business performance and provide regular updates and insights to key stakeholders. Assist with budget tracking, cost analysis, and resource allocation. Coordinate and support implementation of business continuity and change management plans. Provide onboarding and training support for new team members. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in business-related matters. Essential Experience 2–4 years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or a related role. Strong analytical skills with proven ability to evaluate data and recommend improvements. Experience managing operational processes in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing documentation. Solid understanding of business performance metrics and reporting. Desired Experience Experience with project management or workflow management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello). Working knowledge of CRM or ERP systems. Experience in change management or continuous improvement projects. Understanding of financial principles such as budgeting and forecasting. Previous experience working in a business support role within IT or consulting. Skill Sets Required Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and accuracy in work. Positive, proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Capable of preparing and reviewing business documentation and reports. Education Level / Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Professional certification in business analysis or project coordination is advantageous. Travel: Occasionally within UK
