Assistant Commercial Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Commercial Manager to support the commercial team in the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with subcontractor procurement and package management
* Supporting the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Monitoring project costs and reporting against budgets
* Assisting with cost forecasting and cash flow management
* Reviewing subcontractor applications and payments
* Supporting the commercial management team with contract administration
* Building relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ideal Candidate:
* Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Previous experience within construction or commercial fit-out
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Ambitious and looking to progress within a growing business
