Our Property team is at the heart of our business: managing property claims ranging from minor damage to major to catastrophic events. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be part of our dedicated out of hours team handling and investigating customer service complaints and escalations. The role covers 35 hours over 7 days of out of hours shifts, ideal for those seeking non-standard working hours.
Responsibilities
* Proactively manage a caseload of complaints within the Property team in Milton Keynes.
* Record all specific details and diarise any required follow-up actions.
* Communicate clearly and maintain a calm, methodical approach to bring issues back on track and ensure first-class customer satisfaction with our services.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills
* Problem solving skills
* Ability to work within a team
* Good IT skills, particularly with Excel, with a keen eye for detail
* Understanding what matters to the customer and putting it first – ability to empathise and reflect the customer’s perspective
Due to the nature of our work, this role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
