Retail Assistant – Luton Airport
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Retail Assistant at Luton Airport to join a dynamic retail team based at Luton Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced airport environment, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day shop operations.

đź’· Salary: ÂŁ12.21 per hour + accrued holiday pay
⏰ Working Hours: Rotating shifts (4 am–1 pm and 1 pm–10 pm)
đź“Ś Job Type: Full-time, ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service to all shoppers
2. Assist customers with purchases and queries
3. Maintain a clean and well-organised retail environment
4. Operate tills and handle transactions accurately
5. Restock shelves and ensure displays are tidy and appealing
Essential Skills & Experience:
6. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Comfortable working early morning and late shifts on a rotating schedule
9. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
10. Must be able to travel to Luton Airport safely via public transport
11. Please note: no parking is available on-site
