The Package: • Competitive base salary • Annual discretionary bonus • 4.5% pension contribution • Life insurance and health cash plan • Cycle to work scheme • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Free on-site parking and refreshments • Early finish on Fridays • Professional development and career growth opportunities The Requirements: • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent • Proven experience in electrical design, ideally including machinery • Familiarity with IEC 60204 and IEC 61439 standards • Strong understanding of CE marking and DFMEA processes • Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Experience with 3D CAD tools such as Autodesk Inventor, Creo, or Siemens NX The Responsibilities: • Develop electrical designs and supporting documentation • Create wiring diagrams and component layouts using AutoCAD Electrical • Review and approve design work from team members • Lead CE marking activities and conduct DFMEAs for new designs • Maintain design quality through Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) • Support R&D, product testing, and technical investigations • Collaborate with production, sales, and customer support teams • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of engineering projects • Apply relevant industry standards and regulations • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the division Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across various industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial, and Hospitality.
