We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join as a Functional Skills Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering Functional Skills courses for military learners. Key Outputs: Administer and coordinate English and Mathematics Functional Skills Register apprentices on the BKSB e-learning platform and monitor their progress Manage Awarding Organisation registration and certification processes Coordinate Functional Skills apprentices and liaise with military points of contact Update attendance registers and course schedules Assist with tutor allocations and programme planning Schedule examinations and manage invigilators Monitor and record Functional Skills resultsSkills / Experience / Qualifications: Essential: Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to manage deadlines and prioritiesDesirable: Level 2 Business Administration qualification Knowledge of the Functional Skills framework Experience with MIS data processing Familiarity with Apprenticeship delivery Experience working with military training contractsLocation: Worthy Down, Minley, Aldershot (Hybrid Role) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £24,500 per annum If you have a passion for education and the organizational skills to match, we want to hear from you
