What Youll Do Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across your department. Carry out word processing, audio typing, and report preparation. Manage diaries, mail, and meeting arrangements. Handle enquiries and phone calls professionally and efficiently. Take accurate minutes and ensure follow-up actions are completed. Support non-routine activities such as progress tracking and problem-solving. Maintain organised filing systems, prepare statistical information, and ensure accurate record keeping.
