Account Executive – FinTech SaaS | EMEA (Commutable to London)
Our client is a fast-growing global fintech pioneer empowering banks and financial institutions to deliver data-driven customer experiences through AI-powered insights and automation. The company partners with leading financial brands worldwide to transform digital banking engagement and drive measurable customer growth.
We are seeking a high-impact Account Executive to drive new business across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions in the EMEA region.
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on enterprise-level SaaS sales within the banking and fintech ecosystem. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with C-level stakeholders, and close large-scale ARR deals that transform digital banking experiences across the region.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience, including at least 2 years selling complex fintech solutions directly to Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks
2. Experience selling value-add, rather than core, cloud native SaaS product to Banks
3. Proven track record in selling enterprise deals
4. Existing relationships and network within Tier 1–2 banks
5. Experience consistently exceeding quota
