An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Selby Agency.
About the role
* The primary responsibility is for collation, dispatch and accountability of all client renewal documentation whilst meeting timeframes.
* Upload of client review documentation and appointment preparation
* Undertake general administrative duties.
* Manage all aspects of credit control, premium collection, defaults, refunds, and queries.
* Oversee the efficient resolution of customer queries, working closely with other departments as needed to address and resolve disputes.
* To work alongside and support the office with daily administrative tasks.
* Produce correspondence to required time frames and quality standards.
* Maintain record keeping as per requirements for your role.
* Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers, all members of the Agency and NFU Mutual staff.
* Work within the Compliance Framework required by the Company / Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
* Use of all Microsoft Office Applications as well as insurance policy and accounts system. Full training and support will be provided.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
About you:
* A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of credit control, you are focused on high standards of accuracy and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent grasp of Business, Maths and English.
* IT literate with strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* An understanding and experience of working in a credit control environment.
* Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage competing priorities.
