To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a General Assistant to join our Team What you’ll do as a General Assistant You’ll be entrusted to: Monitor customer safety across the leisure centre, including poolside supervision when required Support the Duty Manager with day-to-day operations and ensure facilities are safe and ready for use Carry out cleaning duties in line with agreed standards, always maintaining a high standard of cleanliness Deliver excellent customer service by responding positively to enquiries, feedback, and concerns Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, partners, and visitors to the site Support environmental and energy reduction initiatives in line with our Carbon Policy Does this sound like you? You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
