An exciting opportunity has arisen for a QualityImprovement (QI) Facilitator to join our QI team. This is a great opportunity for someone wholikes working closely with frontline staff and making a difference to patientsand staff using a structured improvement methodology.
The QI Facilitator will work closely with the Clinical Leadfor QI and the QI Lead. They will enthuse and guide individuals and teams to exploreQI methodology in everyday improvement projects. They will be involved inbuilding capability by delivering QI training. They will engage with a widerange of staff and service users to continue embedding QI within the organisation.

Main duties of the job
You will inspire an interest in QIapproaches by having a communication style that motivates and enables. Workingalongside multidisciplinary staff you will develop and embed QI by guidingteams with their own improvement work, aligning to the Trusts strategicobjectives and priorities.
You will deliver training tosupport the roll out of QI initiatives and contribute to a culture ofcontinuous improvement across the whole trust. You will use your analyticalskills to assess and validate data which may contain conflicting informationand use your engagement skills to continually question complex data withoutdelaying the improvement cycles. Your ability to interpret and completecomparison of the data to understand trends and how this would support tests ofchange is pivotal in taking improvements forward, and as such you will have tojuggle conflicting demands and prioritise tasks.
