As a Transport Administrator, you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite products. Our operation in Wardpark are looking for candidates who can commit to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 38.5 hours per week between the hours of 19:00-07:00am. What’s in it for you? You’ll act as the first point of contact for drivers on the road, ensuring they are dispatched and debriefed effectively. You’ll keep systems and trackers up to date, communicate with warehouse teams, suppliers and other Gist sites, and produce reports when required. Above all, you’ll help maintain our high standards of safety, compliance, and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for someone who is approachable, friendly and a true team player, with the drive and enthusiasm to get things done. You’ll need excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment. A safety-first mindset is essential, along with a positive, customer-focused approach. Experience in transport or warehouse operations would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential, full training will be provided.
