The Programme Manager is responsible for leading Vodafone work packages and projects that deliver into the European Pressurised Reactor (EPRP) Programme. The Customer peer-to-peer relationship will be with partners' EPRP Programme Manager who directly reports into the Head of IT Delivery.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensure all projects, dependencies, assumptions, and risks within the programme are identified and managed.
* Promote an agile way of working and methodology to planning throughout the programme lifecycle, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
* Drive stakeholder engagement and secure buy-in across Sizewell C and HPC communities.
* Define and implement programme governance controls aligned with EPPM and Site standards.
* Be accountable for delivery into the Customer, mitigating risks to both customers and Vodafone’s business operations.
* Operate at senior stakeholder level – SZC Digital Director and Global Client Partner level, demonstrating leadership and presenting at Executive & Steering Groups.
* Experience in delivering telecoms or large-scale change within a construction environment, understanding operational impacts and maintaining service continuity.
* Support Account with annual retainer renewal from a Delivery perspective, focusing on revenue and margin.
* Manage the programme team of project, technical, and engineering personnel focused on Customer Delivery.
* Manage multiple projects or programmes of differing size and complexity to meet business expectations and deliver results.
* Ensure assurance and support the team at gate reviews, including setting programme costs, budgets, staffing, resources, and risk/change strategies.
Techniques, Processes, and Procedures:
PRINCE2 and MSP Practitioner background, with the ability to work in an agile manner, accustomed to a construction environment.
Reporting Requirements:
Align reporting with EPPM and PMO standards. Contribute to weekly Portfolio reports, Monthly Steerco, and Customer Quarterly Business reviews. Create and present a Customer Monthly Programme Report.
