Practice Manager
We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead our team, support patient care and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
* Line management responsibility for the practice team
* Supporting the clinical team to deliver NHS and Private objectives
* Profit and Loss management – managing costs effectively and identifying growth opportunities
* Reviewing business reports to ensure efficient and profitable running of the practice
* Supervising all banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation and debt management
* Keeping all practice documentation up to date (policies, procedures, handbooks)
* Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety requirements
* Managing daily operations to meet NHS and Private objectives
Qualifications
* Dental Practice Management experience
* Strong leadership skills
* Prior experience of managing business performance, working to KPIs and targets, and handling Profit and Loss
* Staff management experience, including appraisals and performance management
* Strong enthusiasm and motivation to grow the practice
* Hold CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness and commitment to obtain registration (including DBS check)
* Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
