Modern British and American surf & turf brasserie celebrating open-fire and grill cooking, showcasing the best of British produce and seasonal ingredients from the UK
Lunch and dinner up to 90 covers – Closed on Mondays
Collaboration with a famous Michelin star chef
Fantastic project and strong team of 20+
Salary of £40-45k per annum + TRONC (up to £10,000 per annum)
Great beverage offering showcasing creative cocktails and organic and natural wine.
Rota of 48-50 hours per week
The ideal Sous Chef must have a background in reputable fine dining restuarnats, members club, or 5-star hotels. You will be working with top quality produce, from scracth and up to a high standards under a famous Michelin star chef and great team.
