As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and experienced Global Head of HR to lead their human resources strategy and operations. Role Overview: Reporting directly to the CEO, the Global Head of HR will be responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. This business partnering role will require a forward-thinking leader who can build and enhance HR functions, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: As Global Head of HR, develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy to support global operations, with a focus on scaling the workforce and enhancing workplace culture. - Talent Acquisition: Design and execute a Recruitment & Retention Strategy that drives workforce growth, improves candidate quality, and reduces turnover. - Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including grievances, performance management, and disciplinary actions, while supporting a diverse workforce of over 300 employees. - Learning & Development: Transform the learning and development strategy to foster professional growth and increase employee engagement through effective training programmes. - Payroll & Benefits Management: Streamline payroll processes and enhance employee benefits, ensuring compliance and satisfaction across the organization. - Diversity & Inclusion: Execute and champion a Diversity and Inclusion strategy, fostering an inclusive workplace that enhances employee engagement and representation of underrepresented groups. - Wellbeing Initiatives: Revamp employee wellbeing programs to create a supportive work environment, leading to improved satisfaction and reduced absenteeism. - Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to all HR standards and regulatory requirements, supporting successful audits with zero non-conformities. Qualifications as Global Head of HR: - Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the fintech, exchange, or cryptocurrency sectors. - Demonstrated success in scaling HR functions and managing significant workforce growth. - Strong expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance. - Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a track record of enhancing managerial effectiveness. - Experience in designing and implementing successful diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives. - Ability to work strategically with senior leadership and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
