About Us:
At Car & Commercial Solutions, we're a close-knit team that believes in hard work, good humour, and the occasional cuppa. We're currently on the lookout for another team member to step alongside of the (well-worn) shoes of our beloved, long-standing employee who's decided to slow down a bit after many years of keeping us all on our toes.
The Role:
We need someone who can handle a variety of tasks with a smile—because around here, no two days are ever the same. You'll be stepping into a role that requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and perhaps a little patience, as our current guy is known for doing things his way (which sometimes includes not listening to you, but hey, we love him for it).
Your duties will include:
* Unloading Delivery Vehicles: Whether it's manual labour or with a fork truck, your muscles and forklift skills are a must.
* General Cleaning Duties: You know the drill—if it needs cleaning, you're on it.
* Driving Vehicles to and from Customers' Addresses: Get behind the wheel and take our vehicles on a joyride (just kidding, safety first).
* Collecting Parts from Suppliers: Need a part? You're on a mission to get it.
* Delivering Parts to Customers: Because sometimes, parts just can't wait.
* Workplace Recycling: Help us save the planet, one recycled bit at a time.
* Cleaning Vehicles Inside and Out: Give our vehicles the TLC they deserve before they return to their owners.
* Signing Vehicles In and Out: Keep track of our vehicles coming and going, no vehicle escapes without your sign-off.
* General Assistance Around the Workplace: From lending a hand to sharing a laugh, you'll be there to keep things running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
* A strong work ethic and a good sense of humour.
* The ability to operate a fork truck but not essential
* A clean driving record and the ability to drive various vehicles.
* Someone who can follow if our current guy doesn't always
* Flexibility and a can-do attitude—because you'll be doing a bit of everything
