As an Assistant Manager, you will support store operations, resolve issues, and find innovative ways to improve. You should be passionate about customers and team development. Partnering with the Store Manager, you will help lead the store, drive sales, and develop a motivated team to deliver memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and engage your team to embody brand values, promote inclusivity, and celebrate success.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate role model behaviors.
* Assist in driving sales, maintaining standards, and ensuring policy compliance.
* Communicate effectively with team, customers, and community partners.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager on marketing initiatives.
* Manage stock and visual merchandising to meet store KPIs.
* Educate and train team members on products and customer service.
* Foster a supportive, productive, and inclusive environment.
* Support store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and cleanliness.
* Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
* Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
* Adaptability and flexibility to work varied hours.
* Passion for our brands and customer engagement.
* Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
