About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Property Consultant - Valuer to join our Telford office. If you have estate agency experience and a strong background in valuations, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Generating leads and prospecting for new business
* Conducting market appraisals & writing consultation reports
* Listing properties with compelling marketing descriptions
* Creating engaging video tours to showcase homes
* Networking and delivering outstanding client service
Salary & Working Hours
OTE £50,000 (uncapped commission & bonuses)
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Typically one Saturday per month, with the following Friday afternoon off
A full, clean driving licence is essential.
