Payroll Officer – Payroll and Finance Team
Inspired Learning Group is currently looking to appoint a Payroll Officer to join their Payroll and Finance team at the head office in Stanmore.
Pay Range
Up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
* Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
* Support employees with payroll-related queries.
* Ensure operational procedures and policies are fully understood and consistently followed.
* Maintain confidentiality in all dealings with the school and ILG.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and other team members.
* Actively contribute and participate as part of the team, attending team meetings and activities.
* Always behave and dress in a professional manner.
* Maintain workspace in a neat and presentable manner, in keeping with professional expectations.
Qualifications & skills
* Excellent communicator.
* Strong financial and payroll understanding.
* Ability to positively work with others and closely work with head office staff and staff on site at schools and nurseries.
