Disability Assessor (PIP / WCA) – Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists
Salary: £39,500 - £43,000 + bonus scheme and benefits
Location: Bristol; Hybrid remote roles available across the south of England.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Part‑time hours available after full‑time training for the PIP role only.

Role Overview
* Conduct Assessments: Evaluate claimants’ health and/or work capabilities via phone and face‑to‑face assessments.
* Review Evidence: Analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires and daily living activities.
* Compile Reports: Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Training Program
Successful candidates will complete a 12‑week comprehensive training program covering:
* Assessment Techniques: Best practices for accurate evaluations.
* DWP Guidelines: Requirements and guidelines of the Department for Work and Pensions.
* Report Writing: Skills for detailed and objective reporting.

Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 1-year post-registration experience in a relevant adult setting.
* Registration: At least 1 year of active registration.
* Skills: Strong communication, effective assessment skills, proficient at typing/report‑writing, and excellent IT skills.
