Location: Alexandra
Duration: 12 months contract
Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM
Salary: Up to $2600
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing administrative and admin support to management teams or product areas. Specializes in providing administrative and secretarial support for a department or group of individuals.
Responsibilities may include meeting coordination, supplies and equipment ordering, assistant coordination, payroll for staff eligible for overtime, and overtime reports.
* Process Customer/ Account Maintenance requests for Individual Customers
* Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
* Other admin and adhoc backend projects or duties, as assigned
Job Requirements
* Minimum Diploma in any field with administrative experience
