?? What You'll Be Doing
* Leading whole-class and small-group learning in the teacher's absence, using pre-planned, SEN-friendly materials* Providing high-quality 1:1 support for pupils with diverse needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, Speech & Language, and more)* Helping shape differentiated lessons and creating inclusive, engaging learning resources* Using specialist strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and positive behaviour* Monitoring progress and contributing to EHCP reviews and personalised learning plans* Creating a calm, nurturing and structured environment where every pupil can succeed
�? We're Looking For
* HLTA status or equivalent qualification* Strong SEN experience-school, specialist provision, or care backgrounds all welcome* Solid understanding of SEND strategies and behaviour support approaches* Excellent communication skills, patience, resilience, and a caring mindset* Confidence working across a mix of needs, ages, and classroom environments
