MUST BE ALREADY BASED in Ipswich / Norwich / Cambridge / Chelmsford as this is a hybrid role: 40% remote, 60% office or at a commutable distance.

Legal Process Engineer


Experience you need to have:

* Previous experience in process improvement within a UK law firm or real estate is a must
* Your technical skills will include strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and agile project management frameworks (Scrum and SAFe),
* Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, able to think strategically and translate business requirements into process improvements,
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders,
* Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading process improvement projects and managing cross-functional teams.


Qualifications:

* Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Certified ScrumMaster) are a plus


What are you going to do:

* You will be in charge of the process improvements such as identifying, analysing, and improving existing legal processes to enhance efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service delivery using Agile methodologies
* By working closely with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders you will understand their needs and gather feedback
* Responsible to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all process improvements, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides,
* Overseeing testing and quality assurance processes in order to ensure process improvements are effective and meet performance standards.
* Contributing to the development of the firm's operational strategy, aligning process improvements with business goals and long-term vision.


This is a full time hybrid role with two stages hiring process:

* A 30 minute \"know me\" talk via Teams
* A face to face interview in office.


Salary- up to £55,000 + great benefits package
