JOB TITLE: Banking Solicitor PQE: 2 PQE LOCATION: Northampton SALARY: £Dependent on experience THE ROLE: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking Solicitor to join an established team who act for a variety of clients including corporates and lenders on a variety of financing transactions such as real estate finance, asset-based lending and leverage finance. Playing an active role in advising across a range of banking matters, the appointed Banking Solicitor will be working with experienced colleagues who are well known for their advice in this sector. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from Banking Solicitors with at least 2 years' experience in dealing with a variety of banking related matters. You will have a solid understanding of banking and finance related matters and possess the ability to build strong client relationships and work collaboratively within a team. Excellent technical and drafting skills are a must for this role.
