Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support) - Bootle
Location: Bootle
Pay: £85 - £120 per day (depending on experience)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil within a primary school in Bootle.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development and can build positive relationships with young learners.
The Role
* Provide 1:1 support to a pupil throughout the school day.
* Support learning and development in line with the EYFS and/or Year 1 curriculum.
* Encourage engagement, confidence, and independence.
* Work closely with the class teacher and wider school staff.
* Use initiative to adapt activities and provide support based on the child's needs.
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children is essential.
* Good understanding of the EYFS and/or Year 1 curriculum.
* Ability to use initiative and think proactively when supporting children.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
* A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
