Role
An ambitious Commercial Lawyer is sought to join a highly reputable education team. As the appointed Commercial Lawyer, you will advise clients in the education sector on a range of commercial matters. The client base includes universities, schools and educational charities both internationally and nationally. Projects include advising on commercial agreements required for university branch campuses overseas, joint venture agreements and a wide variety of commercial agreements.
Candidate
Requirements: minimum of 6+ years PQE in commercial matters, ideally on behalf of clients within the education sector. A genuine interest or desire to specialise in education law is desirable. Candidates should have strong technical expertise, a commercial mindset and the ability to build strong client relationships and provide a proactive, practical collaborative approach.
