PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking hungry and tenacious sales professionals to join a top performing Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage & Protection Advisory operation in the role of Trainee Protection Advisor. All roles are to be based in the partner’s premises in Brighouse – working from home is not available.
This highly successful award‑winning network partner has a team of 30 currently including Mortgage Advisors, Protection Advisors and General Insurance advisors, mostly operating from their offices in Wolverhampton, Brighouse and Fareham.
The role is part of the Protection Sales Team. Full in‑house training will be provided.
Responsibilities include advising customers over the telephone on Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Business Protection and GI (General Insurance e.g. Home Insurance), with all leads provided.
Key benefits: life‑changing earnings of between £50,000 and £75,000, base salary £25,000 plus commissions, and growth potential for high performers.
All leaders are supported with earnable leads; self‑generation and referrals from customers result in higher output and earnings.
Prerequisites: hunger, tenacity and sales experience. Full product training will be given; no qualifications required for Protection Advisor roles.
Working hours: 9:30 – 7:30 for three days, 9:30 – 6:00 for one day, and 9:30 – 4:30 on Friday (no weekends).
Candidates that perform particularly well come from the Motor Trade, Mobile Phone Sales and Electrical Store sales environments.
