As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent and efficient operation of our clients' ServiceNow environments. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day administration, maintaining platform stability, supporting incident resolution, and leading upgrade planning and execution. Your expertise in ServiceNow will be crucial in delivering high-quality support and continuous improvements to meet our clients' operational goals.
What you'll be doing:
1. Provide day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including access requests and security.
2. Maintain the stability and usability of the platform across all environments.
3. Perform application maintenance, including performance monitoring and error identification and remediation.
4. Support incident resolution and lead upgrade planning and execution.
5. Support project delivery teams in implementing platform functionality.
6. Attend weekly ServiceNow Project Engineer’s Meeting & ServiceNow Weekly Checkpoint Meetings.
7. Build/Update Support Documentation.
What you'll bring:
8. Proven experience in on-premise ServiceNow implementations in a technical support role.
9. In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, functionalities, and modules.
10. Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
11. Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
12. Experience in creating and monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards for service delivery.
13. Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management frameworks.
14. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and navigate complex client environments.
15. Experience providing administration support with a large ServiceNow implementation.
16. Experience with Integration Hub.
It would be great if you had:
17. Experience building custom integrations between ServiceNow and 3rd party applications.
