Braunstone, Leicestershire

£25,000-£26,000

The Company:

ER Recruitment are working exclusively with a respected and growing business committed to delivering top-tier service and supporting its team every step of the way. They’re now looking for a proactive and personable Helpdesk Administrator to be the engine behind their day-to-day operations.

Role & Responsibilities of the Helpdesk Administrator:

* Act as the first point of contact for client queries, logging and updating requests on the helpdesk system

* Monitor job progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams

* Maintain accurate records in the system

* Schedule planned maintenance and assist in coordinating reactive work

* Communicate with suppliers to chase quotes, updates and job statuses

* Support the wider office team with general administrative tasks, contributing to an efficient and positive working environment

About You as the Helpdesk Administrator:

* Previous experience in administration, helpdesk support, or customer service

* A confident communicator – both written and verbal

* Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail

* Able to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure

* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word

* Willing to learn and develop as part of a supportive, fast-paced team

* Must be able to commute to the office in Braunstone, Leicester (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm)
