Centraland South Knowsley Primary Care Network is seeking to recruit aNeurodevelopmental Practitioner (NDP) to support the delivery of an innovativeAdult ADHD Local Enhanced Service (LES) across our PCN.
Thisis an exciting opportunity to become part of a developing multidisciplinaryservice designed to improve access to ADHD assessment, support and ongoing carefor adults within primary care.
Workingalongside GPs with Extended Roles (GPwERs), Non-Medical Prescribers and widerprimary care teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in supportingpatients through a needs-led approach to ADHD care and support.
About the role
As a Neurodevelopmental Practitioner, you will:
Comprehensive ADHD-specific training, clinical supervision and support will be provided in line with the Cheshire and Merseyside Adult ADHD LES model.

This role is funded through the Adult ADHD Local Enhanced Service (LES) and is therefore linked to the continuation of this funding arrangement. As a result, any offer of employment will be made on a fixed-term basis aligned to the commissioning and funding arrangements in place at the time of appointment.
Salary will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and will reflect the requirements of the Adult ADHD LES, relevant experience and qualifications.
