Contract: Fixed-term (up to 3 months)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: £33,000 per annum

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Front of House Assistant to deliver an exceptional client experience at one of our high-profile corporate sites in SW1, London.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
* Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Handle queries while maintaining strict security procedures.
* Arrange local travel, transport bookings, and taxis.
* Manage inbox queries, facilities requests, and admin duties.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
About You
* Previous reception/front-of-house experience in a corporate environment.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional, confident, and customer-focused.
* Bi-lingual (English & Arabic) skills would be an advantage.
