Enterprise Account Director
Remote: UK (with travel)
£100-£120k + bonus/comms
Our client a leading UK proptech company are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Director (10+ years) to handle and grow their 20-25 biggest UK accounts within the buisness. These accounts are typically circa £250k ARR (which is enterprise for the client).
The role used to sit within the Customer Success team but due to its significance now reports directly to the General Manager.
PLEASE NOTE: you MUST have experience if building Account functions from scratch for this role
The correct candidate will have:
* 10+ years Account Management / Account Director experience within the SaaS / Tech space
* Experience of building out Account functions (Structure/ processes/ retention etc)
* Experience in handling a total customer portfolio of around £20 mill
* Experience in Managing and supporting / influencing C-suite level stakeholders.
* Experience in developing & executing account plans for large, complex, multi-stakeholder clients.
* Strong track record of account growth through cross-sell, upsell, and renewals.
* Commercially astute with experience managing complex negotiations.
* Familiarity with consultative and strategic selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
* Property / PropTech experience woudl be ideal but is not a must.
