Factory Production Operatives
Near Lutterworth (A5 so own car is needed)
Pay: £750 per week (£14.34ph + guaranteed overtime at £21.50ph)
Hours: 6am-6pm, Mon-Thurs (rotating weekly between days and nights)
Start: 6th October 2025 ( dealbreaker)

Mixing raw materials & running production machinery
Hitting production targets & keeping quality high
Manual handling - unloading products by hand
Using a forklift.What We're Looking For
Someone physically fit as this is heavy, hands on work
Must have your own car (village location so no buses)
Reliable, committed and able to work rotating day & night shifts
