The role
At the start of your social work career? You will be supported to develop with regular and enhanced supervision and a focus on wellbeing. The ASYE programme is specialist and includes a practice framework based on motivational interviewing, trauma-informed practice and systemic social work. You will be supported as a small unit of 4/5 ASYEs with a dedicated Consultant Social Worker who provides weekly group supervision, co-works some families and offers guidance, mentoring and support.
