Our client, a lead manufacturing based in Dungannon, who due to increase work demand require additional administrative support in various functions of their business. This role will be on a part-time basis - Monday - Friday, 8am - 1:30pm Responsibilities and duties include: Dealing with high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients. Provide first class customer service to clients who arrive for appointments. Arrange meetings General administration, filing photocopying, faxing, generation of correspondence. Assisting with the accounts team with general administrative duties. Setting up Excel spreadsheets, reports, and pivot tables for analysis Maintaining records on excel and SharePoint. Keeping and maintaining records for Operational Program. Other general administrative tasks. Essential Criteria: 3 years experience working in a fast paced, office environment 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C (Maths & English). Proficient in Microsoft Packages and IT systems Ability to multitask and work as part of a team to ensure prompt completion of work Strong communication skills.
