About the Job An opportunity has arisen for a Night Concierge to join our team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest service during overnight hours, ensuring comfort, safety, and personalised assistance. Main Duties & Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, requirements, and complaints. Maintain thorough knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services to assist guests effectively. Promote and book in-house restaurants, spa treatments, and hotel facilities. Arrange transportation, restaurant bookings, and other guest services. Reconfirm flight details and leave messages for guests as needed. Review and stay updated on daily arrival, VIP, and departure lists. About You Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven customer service orientation. Ability to work flexible night shifts and handle moderate physical activity. Excellent grooming and professional presentation. Previous experience in a luxury hotel or concierge role is preferred.
