Overview
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator with a strong background in commercial projects. This role will work as part of a team and very closely with the company's projects director on commercial mechanical refurbishment and new build projects.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the projects director to support commercial mechanical refurbishment and new build projects.
* Provide mechanical estimating for projects ranging from tens of thousands to millions of pounds.
* Conduct site visits and collaborate with the team to deliver accurate estimates.
Qualifications
* Must be experienced in Mechanical Project Estimating.
* Experience on projects involving commercial heating, air conditioning, or plant rooms.
* Based in a commutable distance to Dartford.
* Degree level qualification preferred but not essential.
* Technical knowledge is a major advantage.
* Must be happy to travel to the office.
