About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a part-time Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology to join us at an exciting phase in our development. You will have a Doctoral-level qualification (or equivalent) and we particularly welcome applications from candidates who are currently practicing as HCPC registered Clinical Psychologists who can offer an applied practitioner focus to our teaching. Ideally, you will also be (or aspire to become) an active researcher.
You will be able to afford our students an outstanding university experience by making a significant contribution to the delivery of our Undergraduate and Postgraduate level teaching. Specialist expertise and knowledge in clinical psychology is expected for this post. You will be committed to ensuring that our students benefit from an exemplary education and opportunities to develop their transferable employability skills.

About You

With a promising (Lecturer) or established (Senior Lecturer) research profile in Psychology, you should be able to demonstrate how your research plans support our ambitious strategy for research and/or knowledge exchange activities.
To be successful you will further enrich our students' experience through your coaching and mentorship skills, and your subject knowledge, as evidenced through your qualifications and experience. In return, you will join a forward thinking and dynamic team that pushes the boundaries of curriculum development within our discipline.
This post provides an outstanding opportunity for a part-time academic role for a practitioner clinical psychologist. In keeping with our ambitious strategies, you will receive an allocation of protected workload time for scholarship, research and knowledge exchange.
