Responsibilities
* You will work at the forefront of system-wide change—bringing together public services, voluntary organisations and community partners, to design and deliver services that meet local needs.
* You’ll take ownership of complex commissioning programmes, using insight, innovation, and strong relationship management to maximise social value and improve outcomes.
* Help shape priorities, drive collaboration, and ensure resources are used effectively to support resilient individuals and thriving communities across East Sussex.
We are looking for candidates who have
* Commissioning expertise, including outcomes-based and collaborative approaches
* Experience of commissioning processes and service redesign
* Communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse partners and audiences
* Ability to manage complex projects, budgets and competing priorities while delivering on time and to high standards
* Confidence using data and insight to drive decision-making and service improvement
