MUST HAVE SSMTS OR SSSTA
My client who specialises in the construction, refurbishment and development of sports pitches are looking for an experience site manager to oversee a refurb for one week at a school in Croydon
Great company to work for with potential further opportunities.
This is a supervisory role.
* Overseeing dailysiteoperations, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
* Managing subcontractors, suppliers, andsitepersonnel efficiently.
* Ensuring health & safety compliance is upheld at all times.
* Monitoring project progress, conductingsiteinspections, and addressing any issues proactively.
* Liaising with clients, projectmanagers, and other stakeholders.
* Keeping accurate records, reports, andsitedocumentation.
Requirements
* Proven experience as aSiteManager.
* SMSTS/SSSTA, CSCS, and First Aid certification
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
