Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Wandsworth, London Contract: Full-time/ permanent role Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Wandsworth. You will be working closely with pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs, providing 1:1 and small group support to help them reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and SEMH needs. Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans. Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Encourage pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development. Assist with classroom management and differentiated learning activities. Requirements: Previous experience working with SEN pupils is desirable but not essential.
