What does the role involve?
You will manage a variety of projects as part of a motivated team, with responsibilities including:
* Reviewing plans for Building Regulation approval.
* Conducting site visits, preparing reports, witnessing tests (a valid driving license is essential).
* Attending meetings with clients and design teams to provide professional advice.
* Using management systems and adhering to quality standards.
* Managing project costs and schedules.
What we need:
* A qualified and experienced professional committed to excellence.

* Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent client relationship skills and service orientation.
* Recognized accreditation such as RICS, CABE, CIOB, or similar.
