Salary: £50,000 per annum
Holiday: 30 days plus bank holidays
Working hours: Monday to Friday, on site 5 days a week

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence & Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality reporting and dashboard solutions that support data-driven decision making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deliver Power BI reporting and dashboard solutions, including data gathering, modelling, visualisation, and user testing.
* Create and manage data transformations and dataflows using standard and advanced techniques.
* Apply tools and technologies such as SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Azure Data Factory, PowerShell, Python, M scripting, QlikView, Tableau and others as required.
* Ensure all reporting solutions comply with data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
* Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Support business-wide reporting requirements by working closely with key stakeholders.
* Monitor performance trends and provide analysis and recommendations to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
* Manage the publishing, scheduling, and administration of datasets and reports within the Power BI Service.
* Conduct data quality audits to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of all reporting outputs.
About You
Qualifications and experience:
* BI or Data Analytics certifications or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and visualisation.
* Strong SQL skills and experience with data cleansing and modelling.
* Experience working with Azure / Microsoft BI technologies (SQL Server, Data Lake, SSIS/SSAS/SSRS).
* Familiarity with DevOps and Agile delivery methods (Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Scrum/Kanban).
* Experience with other BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau or similar.
* Understanding of testing, quality assurance, and production release processes.
