We are currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants for a rewarding opportunity supporting young adults with a range of disabilities in a specialist educational setting. This is a long-term full-time role with the possibility of a permanent contract following a successful 12-week placement.
Role Overview: You will play a key role in supporting learners aged 16 and over with varied andplex needs. Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team, you will help create an inclusive and positive environment that encourages independence and personal growth.
Key Requirements
1. Previous experience supporting children and adults with Special Educational Needs
2. Confidence in working with individuals with diverse disabilities, includingplex or high needs
3. A supportive, patient and adaptable approach to learning and behaviour
4. Strongmunication skills and a collaborative mindset
