Your role at Signature
You will work closely with registered nurses and the wider Clinical Services Team to deliver high quality person-centered care to our residents.
You’ll assist in supporting clinical tasks within the scope of your NMC registration and practice, providing ongoing support for the residents, their families and the Clinical Services Team. You will support with monitoring and reviewing residents care plans, ensuring residents’ daily progress is recorded and reported accurately.
What Signature Offer
1. Up to £19.00 per hour
2. Shift times: 07.45 - 20.00. Alternate weekends required.
3. Part time (2 shifts) / Full time (3 shifts) Day shifts available
