* Senior Sous Chef to oversee a fast paced kitchen operation.
* A fresh food busy banqueting operation.
* Working for a proven Banqueting Head Chef.
* Multi outlet property.
The Requirements
* A strong individual with a high volume background within fresh food operations.
* Proven experience at Senior Sous Chef level within fast paced, BIG volume, fresh food operations.
* Passionate leader, keen to train and develop a curious & hungry to learn brigade.
* A self-starter with a strong team ethic.
* Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career.
