Facilities management provider based in South Bristol
Your new role
* Raise and manage job requests in line with contracts
* Follow up on open jobs and queries to ensure timely resolution
* Raise purchase orders as required
* Maintain accurate records and manage document control
* Coordinate contractor access and collect required documentation
* Ensure all paperwork is submitted before contractors leave site
* Carry out other admin tasks as needed
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in high-volume data entry or admin roles
* Familiarity with CAFM systems or similar is required.
* Strong customer service skills under pressure, very confident on the phone
* Excellent attention to detail and numeracy
* Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work
