What’s On Offer
* Basic salary up to £35,000
* OTE up to £39,800 (dependent on skills and experience)

About The Role
You’ll act as the link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring that every interaction is clear, supportive, and stress-free. From welcoming customers and setting expectations, to keeping them updated and making sure they leave happy with the service they’ve received, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Managing customer communication throughout the service or repair process
* Clearly setting expectations and providing timely updates
* Advising on additional products or services that may benefit the customer
* Meeting targets while maintaining exceptional service levels
* Following up to ensure customers are fully satisfied with their experience
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, it’s essential that you have:
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry
* A full UK driving licence
